
Bio - Ali Penney
Ali is among a strong league of women in the Australian Blues music scene. She has played every major Australian Blues festival and opened for an impressive list of legends including Johnnie Johnson, Chris Cain, Lucinda Williams and Chris Wilson.
Known as Australia's Blues sweetie, she has toured with US West Coast harmonica supremo Lynwood Slim and Brazilian guitar ace Igor Prado on their Australian dates. She has also played with Australian legends The Hippos, Supro, Fiona Boyes, Little Fi and many more.
When not performing with Divine Devilles, she fronts her powerhouse band, the Money Makers and is on call for Bonnie Kay and the Sweet Patooties and The Den Hanrahan Collective, to name a few..
